Position Overview:
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team near Richmond, VA. You will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. This is a great opportunity for an SLP who is passionate about helping children succeed in academic and social settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs.

• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.

• Maintain detailed documentation and comply with all state and federal regulations.

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Valid Virginia state licensure and ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.

• Experience working with school-aged children.

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
