Trinity Health of New England is looking for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our mission-driven team in our Outpatient Rehab Clinic in Middlebury.

The Speech Language Pathologist responsible for performing evaluations, direct patient treatment, and documentation for patients with mild-moderate cognitive deficit, neurological disorders, swallowing/oral motor impairment. SLP identifies appropriate goals and develops treatment plans to respond to those goals.

What will you do:

  • Performs comprehensive evaluations.
  • Establishes functional goals based upon evaluation results targeting deficit areas, to help patients achieve a maximum level of functional independence.
  • Provides professional interaction with patients, family members, interdisciplinary team members, and other staff members and colleagues.,
  • completes all documentation in accordance with professional, organizational, and regulatory compliance standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited program with a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State of Connecticut Speech-Language Pathology Licensure
