Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in Connell, WA for the 20252026 school year. This full-time onsite role offers a manageable caseload and the chance to support students communication development in a collaborative school environment.

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services based on IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations of student speech and language abilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

• Maintain accurate documentation of services and progress

• Valid Washington State SLP license required

• CCC-SLP preferred but not required

• Experience working in school settings preferred

• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
