Speech Language Pathologist Opportunity Ann Arbor, MI

A K-12 school district in Ann Arbor, MI, is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade. This on-site, contract position is offered for the full school year (CSY) and provides an excellent opportunity to work closely with young learners, particularly those in grades K-3.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students referred for speech and language concerns
• Conduct re-evaluations for students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Utilize EdPlan system for documentation and progress tracking
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective communication strategies

Qualifications and Experience:

• Credentialed as an SLP with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience or certification in Pediatric Speech Language Pathology
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or required
• Prior experience in school settings, especially with K-12 student populations
• Strong organizational skills and familiarity with IEP processes

Work Details:

• Location: On-site in Ann Arbor, MI
• Schedule: Approximately 15-20 hours per week during the full school year
• Caseload primarily focused on kindergarten through 3rd grade across three school buildings
