Sunbelt Staffing is looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school district in Connell, WA for the 20252026 school year. This full-time onsite position offers an opportunity to provide essential speech and language services to a caseload of 5560 students, helping them reach their full potential.

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy based on IEP goals

• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation

• Active Washington State SLP license required

• CCC-SLP preferred but not required

• Experience in school-based settings preferred

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Commitment to student success and teamwork
