School-Based Physical Therapist - Hazleton, PA

A Physical Therapist is sought for a summer position serving K-12 students across three school locations in Pennsylvania. This role involves providing specialized physical therapy support to a small and diverse caseload during the Extended School Year (ESY) program. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license and possess experience working with pediatric populations in educational settings.

Location and Schedule:

• Position based in Kingston, PA
• Work hours: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, approximately 10.5 hours per week
• Contract duration: June 24, 2025 July 31, 2025

Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions tailored to students individual needs
• Manage caseload of 10 students distributed across three sites (8 at one location, 1 at each of the other two)
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support students educational and therapeutic goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with program policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Pennsylvania
• Experience providing pediatric physical therapy services within school settings preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
