Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to serve a school district in Connell, WA for the 20252026 academic year. This full-time onsite role involves supporting a caseload of 5560 students with speech and language therapy services designed to foster communication and academic success.

• Deliver individualized speech and language therapy in line with IEP goals

• Conduct initial assessments and periodic re-evaluations

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of therapy services

• Active Washington State SLP license required

• CCC-SLP preferred but not mandatory

• Prior experience in school settings preferred
