• Deliver direct therapy aligned with each student's IEP

• Conduct initial and re-evaluations of speech and language needs

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to student goals

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

• Maintain detailed records and progress documentation

• Active Washington SLP license

• CCC-SLP preferred; strong CFs considered

• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus

• Strong interpersonal and time-management skills
