Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join a school district in Connell, WA for the upcoming 20252026 school year. This full-time onsite position offers the opportunity to support a diverse caseload of 5560 students and make a direct impact on their communication and academic development.

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy in accordance with students IEPs

• Conduct evaluations and contribute to eligibility determinations

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with school teams, parents, and support staff

• Maintain accurate records and progress reports

• Active Washington SLP license

• CCC-SLP preferred (strong Clinical Fellows will be considered)

• Prior school-based experience is a plus

• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
