We are seeking a collaborative and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team near Lexington, OH for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for an experienced clinician or a motivated CCC-holding SLP ready to provide high-quality services to elementary-aged students.

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals

• Participate in and help lead IEP meetings

• Evaluate and assess students for speech/language services

• Provide indirect support and collaboration with teachers and families

• Maintain all documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Ohio SLP License

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills
