We are seeking a collaborative and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school team near Lexington, OH for the upcoming school year. This full-time, onsite role is perfect for an experienced clinician or a motivated CCC-holding SLP ready to provide high-quality services to elementary-aged students.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver direct speech-language therapy aligned with IEP goals
Participate in and help lead IEP meetings
Evaluate and assess students for speech/language services
Provide indirect support and collaboration with teachers and families
Maintain all documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Ohio SLP License
School-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
