Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to work full-time onsite with a district in Connell, WA for the 20252026 school year. This role offers a stable caseload and the opportunity to work with a supportive, education-focused team committed to student achievement.

• Provide direct therapy services based on student IEPs

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations

• Develop individualized treatment plans and track progress

• Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff

• Maintain accurate service documentation and reporting

• Valid Washington Speech-Language Pathologist license

• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong CFs will be considered

• Prior experience in school settings is a plus

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
