We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our supportive team in a K12 school setting near Dorchester, MA. Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday (40 hours/week)

• Student Population: Kindergarten through 12th grade

• Location: On-site, near Dorchester, MA

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized and functional assessments

• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective IEP goals

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy services that promote student independence, engagement, and skill acquisition

• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation aligned with district and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts (required)

• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is preferred
