Position Summary
Were currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to provide virtual therapy services to K12 students across Massachusetts. This fully remote role lets you work from home while making a meaningful impact on children's academic and social success. With the support of our teletherapy platform, you'll help guide student progress and celebrate their communication milestones.
Primary Responsibilities
Perform virtual assessments to identify each students unique needs.
Develop and implement personalized education plans (IEPs) to help students achieve their goals.
Provide interactive teletherapy sessions in both individual and small group settings.
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and school teams to track progress and adjust goals.
Monitor student progress and update intervention plans based on ongoing evaluation.
Take part in IEP meetings and provide expert input to help shape future plans.
What Were Looking For
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Massachusetts SLP license in good standing.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
At least two years of school-based experience preferred.
Familiarity with digital platforms and confidence delivering services remotely.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Technology Requirements
Reliable, high-speed internet connection.
A desktop or laptop computer (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported).
Successful completion of a brief technical check to confirm compatibility with our platform.
