At-Home Physical Therapist needed for Elderly Mom, Rhinebeck NY

We are seeking an experienced physical therapist to come to our home and work with elderly Mom 3-4 times a week. Mom is elderly and weak. Our goal is to get her moving, blood circulating, and get her stronger and healthier. Physical therapy will need to be gentle to start. Her caretaker and son is also a doctor so much guidance will be provided.
