We will be located at 388 South Garden Way, our clinic is committed to providing exceptional patient care, and were seeking a team member who shares our passion for healing and wellness. Currently, we have a small office on Crescent Ave. that we have grown out of! We have a position available for immediate hire before we begin out transition.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Massage Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic massages, complementing our chiropractic services to enhance patient recovery and satisfaction. This is a part-time to full-time position with the opportunity to grow with our practice. Whether youre looking for a flexible schedule or a full-time commitment, were eager to accommodate your needs while supporting our patients health goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic massages tailored to individual patient needs, including deep tissue, Swedish, Sports, and rehabilitative techniques.
Collaborate with our chiropractic team to develop integrated treatment plans for optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate patient records and document sessions for insurance billing (training provided).
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
Educate patients on self-care techniques to support their treatment plans.

Qualifications:
Valid Oregon Massage Therapy License (or ability to obtain licensure by start date).
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting (new graduates with strong skills are encouraged to apply).
Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common musculoskeletal conditions is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Flexibility to adapt to patient scheduling needs.

What We Offer
Competitive Pay: Hourly rates starting at $43.75, with potential for performance bonuses and commission on additional services (e.g., add-on therapies). Pay is commensurate with experience and client volume.

Flexible Schedule: Part-time starting at 15-20 hours/week, with the option to scale to full-time (30+ hours/week). Enjoy the ability to set your availability, including mornings or afternoons based on clinic demand.
