A K-12 school in Tracy, CA, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services for the upcoming school year on a contract basis. The role involves delivering speech and language support to students across the full K-12 spectrum, working collaboratively with educators and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and conduct ongoing evaluations.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Document and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student outcomes.
- Provide consultation and training to staff as needed to support communication goals.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience specializing in pediatric speech-language pathology.
- Previous work experience in school settings with K-12 students.
