A full-time Speech Language Pathologist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 educational setting located in Onalaska, WI. This contract role offers guaranteed hours and the opportunity to work with a diverse student population, providing essential speech and language services to support academic and communicative success.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students across K-12 grades
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress
- Maintaining detailed documentation and adhering to district and state guidelines
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and contributing to student success
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Valid Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist license and DPI certification required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with students, families, and school staff
