Physical Therapist (Home Health) - Flexible Schedule
Location: Tuolumne County, CA (Sonora, Jamestown, Cold Springs)
Compensation: $130,000-$140,000 annually + generous production bonus
Schedule: Full-Time | Make Your Own Schedule | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Flexible)

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to patients in their homes
Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized treatment plans to improve functional oues
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other home health professionals to ensure holistic care
Educate patients and families on treatment goals, exercises, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR
Requirements:
Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active California PT license
CPR certification
Valid driver's license and insured vehicle in good working order (if not usingpany car)
Previous home health experience preferred but not requiredwilling to train the right candidate
