Position: Float Physical Therapist
Location: Bergen/Passaic/Morris Counties
Schedule: Full-Time 40 hours weeklyCompensation: $90,000-$110,000 annually depending on years of experience

The Regional Support Position is a clinical float position which affords the selected staff member to report directly to the local Regional Director, will be part of the regional center manager team and will have a defined number of centers. This position will include a separate salary scale specific to the position and additional job duties and responsibilities.
- Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
- Possesses training and education which allows him/her to assist the Physical Therapist in carrying out prescribed treatment program.
- Implements, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
- Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care.
- Maintains positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhances and expands client relations with facilities and their staff.
Additional:
Will have defined number of centers to support within a geographic region for continuity of care
Will have a defined schedule
Reimbursed for mileage over and above home center
Eligible for career ladder advancements
Qualifications- Valid New Jersey State Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
