Join Our Team as a Pediatric Physical Therapist, Make a Lasting Impact from the Very Start!
What a Day Could Look Like... Imagine your workday beginning with warm smiles at the door of a family home, where youre greeted by a curious toddler eager to play. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist in our Early Intervention program, youll step into the heart of a childs daily environment, meeting them where they are, both developmentally and literally.Youll assess motor development, guide parents through hands-on strategies, and turn everyday moments, crawling to a favorite toy, standing at the couch, cruising toward a sibling, into meaningful progress. Each session is an opportunity to empower families, celebrate small victories, and shape lifelong outcomes during the most critical years of development, birth to age 3.
We offer on-the-job training and ongoing mentorship to support your growth as a confident and skilled clinician. Whether you're new to early intervention or looking to deepen your expertise, you'll be part of a collaborative team that values learning, support, and shared success.
If you're passionate about collaboration, family-centered care, and working in natural settings where therapy blends seamlessly with real life, wed love to meet you.
