Science
in
Occupational
Therapy
Licensure:
Current Texas State License as an Occupational Therapist, current Texas Drivers License
:
Two
years
experience
as
an
Occupational
Therapist
in
an
acute
care
or
rehabilitation
setting.
Skills:
Therapy
skills
as
defined
as
generally
accepted
standards
of
practice.
Good
interpersonal
skills.
If
required
to make visits, I need
proof of the current CPR, TB screen and Hepatitis profile.
Knowledge of durable medical equipment.
Transportation:
Reliable
transportation
and
valid
and
current
auto
liability
insurance
Environmental
and
Working
Conditions:
Works
in
a
patients
home
in
various
conditions;
possible
exposure
to
blood
and
body
fluids
and
infectious
diseases;
ability
to
work flexible schedule; ability to travel locally; some exposure to unpleasant weather.
