What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat patients referred for physical therapy, ensuring comprehensive, individualized care.
- Maintain and submit all reports and records related to patient evaluations and progress.
- Supervise and mentor staff and student physical therapists/assistants in the department.
- Maintain inventory of materials and supplies for the department.
- Communicate with referral sources and those involved in the active management of patients to provide updates on treatment progress or modifications.
- Practice in alignment with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice.
- Foster a culture of patient-centered care, quality, and safety excellence.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Current or eligible for Colorado State Licensure.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy in the United States; advanced degrees in related health fields preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in community healthcare is preferred.
- Skills: Strong ethical standards, commitment to patient care, and ability to work collaboratively.
- Requirements: Ability to pass a drug screening and background check.
