Massage Therapy Techniques: Perform various massage techniques, such as Swedish, deep tissue, sports, trigger point therapy, or myofascial release. Utilize adjunct methods like stretching, heat therapy, or aromatherapy to enhance treatment outcomes.
Safety and Hygiene: Maintain proper sanitation of tools, linens, and equipment to ensure a clean and safe environment. Follow health and safety guidelines, including recognizing contraindications to massage.
