Position Highlights: Full-time, in-person role (minimum 30 hours/week) Competitive salary range: $78,000-$105,000 annually (based on experience and hours) Must be able to work after-school hours (Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm, Friday 8am-5pm) What You'll Do: Provide individualized, strengths-based therapy to pediatric clients Conduct speech-language evaluations and write comprehensive reports Collaborate with families to support carryover of skills at home Work closely with a team of experienced and passionate SLPs Supervise Clinical Fellows and SLPAs Gain access to training in AAC, Orofacial Myology, Gestalt Language Processing, DIR/Floortime, and more What We're Looking For: Current California SLP license or eligibility (Clinical Fellows welcome) Interest in family-centered and neurodiversity-affirming therapy Excellent communication skills and a team-focused mindset Strong clinical judgment and professionalism Mentoring or leadership experience Competitive Benefits Package: Salary range: $78,000-$105,000/year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, paid holidays, and sick time Company laptop and streamlined EHR system Merit-based raises and referral bonuses
