We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Speech?Language Pathologist to support elementary students in reaching their full communicative potential. The SLP will provide services to students with a variety of speech and language needs, working closely with educators and families to support academic success and social-emotional development.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver speech and language therapy services in both individual and group settings.
Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, and related disorders.
Write and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Monitor and document student progress toward therapy goals.
Participate in eligibility and evaluation processes in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
Support general education teachers and staff with strategies for inclusive communication access.
Maintain compliance with documentation, timelines, and professional standards.
Masters degree in Speech?Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
Valid Washington State SLP license (or eligibility) from the WA Department of Health.
ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification from the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI), or eligibility to obtain.
Knowledge of evidence-based practices in the treatment of speech and language disorders.
Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
