Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Kansas.

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related field.

• School experience is preferred but not required.

Skills & Abilities:

• Conducts comprehensive evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans for a variety of speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.

• Implements evidence-based therapy techniques tailored to diverse populations, including students with autism spectrum disorders, AAC users, and individuals with complex communication needs.

• Collaborates effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support IEP development and ensure consistent progress across settings.

• Maintains accurate documentation, tracks progress, and communicates results clearly to stakeholders while managing caseloads independently and efficiently.
