Physical Therapist

Salary: $84,000 - $111,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Location: 118-35 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY (Queens - Queens Blvd.; outpatient clinic)

Job Type: Full-time (Mon/Wed 2pm-7pm and Tue/Thurs/Fri 9am-7pm; 40 hours per week. Open to further discussing schedule during interview.)

As a Physical Therapist, Youll achieve success by:

• Reviewing patients medical history

• Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person

• Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns

• Developing individualized treatment plans for patientswith clear goals and expected outcomes

• Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury

• Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state
• CPR and first aid certification required
• Must be familiar with treating outpatient orthopedic conditions, balance impairments, and following post-operative rehabilitation protocols.
