Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Certus Healthcare Management. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for our residents, focusing on enhancing their quality of life through rehabilitation and therapeutic interventions.
This position comes with a starting pay rate of $50 an hour
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday with flexible start and end times based on caseload. This opportunity is a PRN, as needed, position but may require you to see clients at multiple communities in a dedicated area.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to develop personalized occupational therapy plans for residents.
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at improving daily living skills and overall functionality.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for each resident.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on resident needs.
- Educate residents and their families about therapy goals and techniques for continued improvement.
- Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for residents returning home or to other care settings.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and occupational health practices.
- Experience in case management and developing care plans is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
