Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Document and monitor patient responses during and after therapy sessions.
- Educate clients and their families on post-treatment care and prescribed home exercises.
- Maintain precise and current patient records.
- Ensure therapy areas and equipment are clean, secure, and prepared for use.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- State licensure or certification as a PTA.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and physical therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
