Position Overview
As a Mental Health Therapist or Counselor, you will deliver trauma-informed individual therapy services in a primary care clinical setting. You'll work closely with an integrated care team to coordinate behavioral health services that support lasting wellness outcomes for patients of all ages.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-focused, trauma-informed, or trauma therapy in a clinical setting
- Deliver ADHD assessments and evidence-based treatment plans
- Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers as part of a multidisciplinary care team
- Offer patient education and appropriate community referrals
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited behavioral/mental health program
- Active, unrestricted license in Michigan (LMSW, LLMSW, LPC, LLPC, LLP or equivalent)
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) certification in good standing preferred
- Strong background in mental health diagnosis and treatment planning
- Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting preferred
- Professional, collaborative communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Commitment to working with diverse populations in a culturally sensitive manner
