Clinical Instructor - Master of Speech-Language Pathology Program

The Master of Speech-Language Pathology (MSLP) Program at St. Ambrose University, located in Davenport, IA (one of the Quad Cities) invites applications for a 9-month Clinical Instructor position beginning Fall 2025. Responsibilities include engaging in the clinical education and supervision of graduate speech-language pathology students, direct clinical services, academic advising, and participation in the program's evaluation and continuous improvement processes.

Minimum qualifications for this position include an earned master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a Certificate of Clinical Competence, a minimum of 5 years speech-language pathology experience beyond graduate school, and previous clinical supervision experience. Applicants must also be eligible for Iowa licensure.

The MSLP program is housed in the university's College of Health and Human Services which serves students preparing for careers in healthcare, education, and human services. The College offers a variety of programs in education, health care and human services (e.g., physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, social work, early childhood education, elementary education, public health, physician assistant, exercise science).
