Are you a passionate and licensed Occupational Therapist looking to make a differencewithout the daily commute? We're seeking a dedicated OT to provide virtual support to K-12 students across Georgia . This fully remote position allows you to deliver personalized therapy services from the comfort of your home, helping students build the skills they need for greater independence and academic success. As a valued member of our teletherapy team, you'll work collaboratively with families, educators, and service providers using a secure and user-friendly online platform. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging, individualized occupational therapy services in accordance with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP). Develop and update IEP goals and therapy plans based on student progress and Georgia state guidelines. Adapt therapy strategies to support students' functional, motor, and sensory development needs. Collaborate with special education staff, general education teachers, and families to ensure holistic student support. Track and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed to support goal achievement. Participate in virtual IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and clinical insight. Maintain accurate and timely records that comply with Georgia education regulations and district protocols. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Active and valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Georgia . At least two years of experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred. Skilled in creating treatment plans, writing progress reports, and navigating special education compliance. Comfortable using digital tools and remote therapy platforms. Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills. Ability to manage a virtual caseload independently and effectively. Technology Requirements Reliable high-speed internet. Laptop or desktop computer (note: tablets and Chromebooks are not supported). Willingness to complete a brief tech screening to confirm platform compatibility. How to Apply
