Who We're Looking For We're seeking a compassionate, motivated, and licensed Physical Therapist who is looking to grow professionally in the fields of orthopedics and sports medicine. Whether you're newly licensed or an experienced PT looking for your next challenge, we offer a supportive, collegial environment where your work will truly matter. Mentorship and collaboration are central to our culture, and board certification in orthopedics or sports is a plus-but not required. What You'll Do Conduct thorough, individualized evaluations of patients' physical and functional abilities. Design and implement targeted treatment plans rooted in current best practices. Track and document patient progress using Prompt EMR system. Educate patients (and their families) on rehabilitation strategies to promote long-term success. Collaborate with referring physicians, athletic trainers, and other medical professionals. Maintain accurate and timely documentation that meets all ethical and regulatory standards. What You Bring A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution. Active Maine state license. CPR certification (or willingness to complete within 3 months). A strong foundation in manual therapy, orthopedic care, and/or sports medicine. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A collaborative spirit and commitment to lifelong learning. New grads are encouraged to apply-we're invested in your growth. Bonus if you have: Board certification in OCS or SCS. Experience working with athletic populations, veterans, or diverse rehab needs.
