Job Description

As a skilled nursing facility physical therapist, you&ll provide PT services to help patients regain their health and mobility. Working at a skilled nursing facility, you&ll assess patients& mobility, strength and function, develop treatment plans, maintain records and provide patient and family education. You&ll play a critical role in helping individuals develop strength, reduce pain and improve function.

• At least 1 year of recent experience in a skilled nursing setting
• Degree in relevant field
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Current state/compact license
