Pediatric Speech Therapist in Plano, TX

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the 2025-2026 school year to provide comprehensive speech and language services to K-12 students. This onsite, contract position is based in Plano, TX, supporting a diverse student population from grades 5 through 12. The role involves working primarily with grades 5 and 6 in one full-time opening, and serving as a secondary SLP split between two high schools for the other position.

Key Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY)
• Prior experience working in school settings as an SLP (SLP-School)

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each students needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations
• Manage caseload efficiently, including working across multiple school sites when applicable
