Occupational Therapist School Setting in Rudyard, MI

An opportunity is available for a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide services in a K-12 school setting located in Rudyard, MI. This is a contract position for the school year (NSY), offering on-site work to support students developmental needs through evaluation and intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs).
• Deliver direct therapy services as well as consultative support to students, teachers, and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective strategies tailored to student needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records aligned with school and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential required.
• Experience working with school-aged children (K-12) preferred.
• Ability to conduct thorough evaluations and develop intervention plans.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to work effectively within school teams.
