Physical Therapist Part-Time Lynnfield, MA

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist for a part-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Lynnfield, Massachusetts . This is a fantastic opportunity to support K-12 students by helping them improve mobility, strength, and physical independence in an educational settingall while enjoying a flexible schedule.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to assess students gross motor skills, posture, balance, mobility, and functional performance in the school environment

• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans aligned with students IEP goals

• Provide direct therapy services and adjust treatment as needed based on progress

• Collaborate with educators, special education staff, and families to integrate therapeutic strategies into daily routines

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and district policies

• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on physical development and support needs

• Offer training and guidance to staff on safe mobility, positioning, and adaptive equipment use

• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist License

• Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

• Experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred

• Strong understanding of special education law, IEP processes, and therapy documentation

• Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
