Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist to join the West Hartford Public Schools for the current academic year. This role supports students across K12 with mild to moderate physical, developmental, and sensory needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT assessments and write reports

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services

• Support students IEP and 504 plan goals

• Collaborate with teachers and special services teams

Requirements:

• Connecticut OT license

• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred

• Strong documentation and communication skills
