Schedule: Part-Time | 34 Days per Week
Caseload: Approximately 3040 Students

A local school district near Hebron, Maryland is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join their collaborative special education team. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling, a supportive work environment, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students communication and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services based on IEP goals

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student communication

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements

• Support staff with communication strategies, and classroom integration

Position Requirements:

• Active Maryland SLP License (CCC-SLP preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply)

• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills
