Occupational Therapists are sought for a dynamic opportunity within a K-12 educational setting in Seattle, WA, for the 2025-2026 school year. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
• Provide direct therapy services, ensuring alignment with established IEP goals.

• Manage a caseload of between 900 and 950 direct service minutes per week across various schools.
• Implement best practices in occupational therapy tailored to both elementary and secondary students.

Qualifications:

• Valid WA Occupational Therapy license with ESA.
• Significant experience in school settings is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational regulations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks across multiple locations.
