Were looking for a compassionate and committed Occupational Therapist (OT) to become part of our collaborative team in a K5 school environment near Milton, MA. This W2 full-time, on-site role offers a meaningful opportunity to support students with physical, developmental, and sensory challengesempowering them to succeed both academically and socially.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, full-time (37+ hours/week)

• Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 5th grade

• Location: On-site, near Milton, Massachusetts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments (standardized and functional) to identify students unique needs

• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective IEP goals

• Deliver individualized therapy to support skill development, classroom engagement, and student independence

• Maintain clear, timely documentation in line with district and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Must hold an active Occupational Therapist license in Massachusetts

• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is preferred
