Qualifications:
- Valid Virginia Speech-Language Pathologist license
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- Experience working in school settings, particularly with K-12 students
- Strong evaluation and assessment skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Proficient in managing mild to moderate articulation and language disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech evaluations and assessments for students
- Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate effective interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy techniques as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
- Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding students speech and language goals
- Offer direct services as an itinerant SLP across 2 to 3 schools
