Respiratory Therapist

Performs prescribed diagnostic and therapeutic interventions and functions as a resource person to achieve therapeutic goals in the care of patient's cardiopulmonary dysfunctions. onsults with physicians and other health team members to determine treatment procedures and time schedules. Actively participates in in-service education, infection control and performance improvement programs.

Education

Associates Degree : Respiratory Care (Required)

Bachelors Degree : Respiratory Care (Preferred)

Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience

3 Years experience in Respiratory Care in a Specialty Care or Critical Care area (Required)

License/Certifications

RCP-LIC - PA Respiratory Care License (Required)

RRT - Reg Respiratory Therapist (Required)

BLS - Basic Life Support (Required)

ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Preferred)
