Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Must have 2+ references in the last 12 months of employment by a Charge Nurse, Manager, Director, or Supervisor and a recent Skills Checklist IN ORDER TO BE SUBMITTED. BLS (AHA only) & MN PT License required. New grads welcome to apply (2 years PT experience preferred). 2-day orientation. Patient Care Modality: Inpatient and Outpatient floating between Hospital and LTC "Care Center" on as needed basis. EMR: Meditech. Attire: closed-toed shoes/tennis shoes, no hanging jewelry & nail polish ok.
