If you're interested in making a significant impact as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a setting in Bloomfield, NM this position might be what you are looking for!

Responsibilities:

* Assess patients' communication needs and swallowing needs and develop individualized treatment plans

* Provide therapy to improve speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing skills

* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

* Educate patients and families on communication strategies and safe swallowing techniques

* Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

* Implement interventions in various settings, including outpatient, acute care, and skilled nursing facilities

* Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued support

Qualifications:

* A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

* NM licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist

Job details:

* Pay: $2,119.45 - $2,185 / week
