Responsibilities:

* Assess patients' physical abilities and develop personalized treatment plans

* Provide therapy to improve mobility, strength, and functional independence

* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

* Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention

* Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

* Implement interventions in various settings

* Participate in discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care for continued rehabilitation

Qualifications:

* Doctorate in Physical Therapy

* NM Physical Therapist PT license

* Current BLS/CPR Certification
