Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available working with K-12 students in a school setting located near Las Vegas, NV. This contract role offers a full academic year assignment, providing services across various age groups from kindergarten through 12th grade. The position is itinerant, allowing the SLP to work with multiple schools or classrooms as required. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct speech-language pathology services to students across K-12 grade levels. Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with federal and state regulations. Provide ongoing communication and reporting regarding student performance and goals. Qualifications: Possession of the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is mandatory. Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings preferred. Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders and treatment methodologies. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload across multiple locations. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location: Henderson/Las Vegas, Nevada area. Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week during the school year (contract assignment).
