About the Role

Cherrelyn Healthcare Center, a Stellar Senior Living community, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our therapy team. In this hands-on role, you'll work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and quality of life in a 176-bed skilled nursing environment.

This is a full-time, individual contributor position in Littleton, CO, offering competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver personalized rehabilitative therapy to residents
  • Guide patients through tailored exercises to enhance mobility, balance, and strength
  • Track and document progress to inform care plans
  • Educate patients and their families on therapy goals and home exercises
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
  • Adhere to all healthcare and safety standards
  • Stay current through ongoing training and professional development

What We're Looking For

  • Active Colorado Physical Therapist license (required)
  • Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Including Associate's Degree)
  • 1+ year of experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
  • Strong communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Physical ability to support patient mobility and lift equipment repetitively

  • Hourly pay: $45$48 DOE, paid biweekly
