K12 Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) West Sacramento, CA

Location: West Sacramento, California

Are you an enthusiastic and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist eager to support students in their communication growth? Soliant is partnering with a school district in West Sacramento to fill a full-time SLP position for the 20252026 academic year . This is an in-person opportunity to work directly with a diverse population of students in a collaborative, school-based setting.

Position Overview:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday

• Service Setting: In-person only

• Caseload: Approximately 5560 students

• Grade Levels: K12

• Disability Types: Full range including articulation, fluency, and receptive/expressive language delays

• Start Date: Fall 2025

• Flexible Options: Full-time preferred, part-time considered

Responsibilities:

• Administer speech and language assessments and evaluations

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans based on IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student evaluations

• Monitor and document student progress

• Provide consultative support to staff and families as needed

Requirements:

• Active California SLP License

• Must pass a federal background check

• School-based experience preferred

• Strong understanding of IEP procedures and educational settings

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Commitment to inclusive and student-centered practices
