Position Overview

Flexible full-time role averaging 34-38 hours weekly, emphasizing direct therapeutic services and collaborative educational support. Work with students across all academic levels while maintaining comprehensive clinical responsibilities through our innovative virtual platform.

Clinical Services & Population
  • Preschool and kindergarten foundational communication skills
  • Elementary speech sound and language development
  • Middle and high school complex communication interventions
  • Therapeutic caseload of 44-52 students with diverse needs
  • Students with speech disorders, language impairments, and fluency challenges
  • Augmentative communication device training and support
Essential Functions
  • Conduct comprehensive virtual speech-language assessments
  • Provide individual and group teletherapy sessions
  • Develop and monitor IEP goals and objectives
  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Guide families in communication strategy implementation
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and compliance standards
Credentialing Standards
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Current New Hampshire speech-language pathology licensure
  • Minimum 2 years of school-based therapy experience
  • Teletherapy service delivery experience highly preferred
  • Strong technology integration and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities
